Tickets keep going dark after this
Am I doing something wrong or is this just to be expected? Should I try and say something else? Should I make a new ticket?
I got had by the staff impersonation scam, sent the email account made to steal my dc account, then sent my own email account just to make sure, then the ticket went dark.

Seemed to be going well at first, with a real(?) person being assigned, but then this happened, and nothing since. Marked as solved, considering saying something tomorrow. that is when my tickets get closed, after I give them proof like logging into accounted linked to my discord and showing them video proof and also my email history.
Even my credit card that was linked to the account, and got nothing.1
