My account was disabled for a checkback but i need my account for work

    Unfortunately, opening a ticket and waiting for a reply is really the only thing you can do in this situation (you can also file a BBB report according to another thread but that takes about just as long to get a reply on). In a meantime, don’t make new tickets and just reply to your existing one if it gets closed

    how do i start that BBB report, ik i only have 13 days (one day already gone by) and i need to see what i can do to get the account back, anything to get it back

    also is there any way to talk to an actual human being from the discord support team?

    They extended the appeal time to 6 months (it might be 1 month tho, idr anymore).

    I’ve also heard that they will not delete your account so long as an open appeal is still somehow attached to it? Lots of mixed answers, but in the case you don’t get anything from them in 3 weeks you might want to write a follow up

    Nax to file a complaint with the BBB, visit their website at bbb.org (the complaints function should be pretty prominent). They should have relatively intuitive steps listed after. When it comes to the effectiveness of filing something there, I am only going off of second-hand anecdotal evidence, so I'm not sure if this actually works. You should be able to ask to speak to a human by replying with that in your ticket if you've received an automated message, but I do not know if that expedites the process. You could also reach out to Discord on Twitter, but I think they just resolve technical issues and not ticket reports.

    Lil update on the situation. (Day number 3)
    alr my account is still disabled and i have 2 tickets open, one of them say that my email isn't linked to the account disabled even tho it is the right one i even added it to the description of the ticket.

    On my paypal, since i took back the checkback request i haven't recieved any money back, so yeah still waiting for a response, i keep checking daily for anything but still radio silent.

    (edit: Also idk if the bbb site is trusted tbh seems a lil dodgy imo)

    okay so yesterday i finally got an email from clyde asking for the usual stuff u send on the tickets, i may not seem much i feel like its better than not getting a response, a small progression on this whole deal.

    nothing new, they did closed one of the tickets i had open but my account is still disabled, i am waiting a response on the other ticket that is still open

    I FINALLY GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK LETS GOO!!
    and not only that they also refunded the dolar i spent on the discord basic

    omg i am so happy i can't finally contact my customers, i hope they don't think i ghosted them for about a week sob, i am still extremly thankfull, ty discord team o7, this will never happen again
