Disabled Account and Discord Support will not respond
So, around four months ago now I had my account suddenly disabled (I got three strikes back to back and was out before I could even check the message to see what I had done). I am 99% sure that I did not violate TOS so I figured a bot was malfunctioning or something similar and contacted support to get an answer.
Clyde said I'd violated TOS but when I asked for clarification over what I had done, the actual support staff instead re-enabled my account. This was great, obviously, until I logged back in and my account was instantly disabled again.
Ever since then, any attempt to get a reply has resulted in support instantly changing my ticket to solved, when it very clearly isn't, with no reply from anyone. It has been four months of trying to get my account back, due to it being the server owner of several servers (one of which having 10k members), and being linked to my self employed career.
Does anyone know how to get them to actually at least respond and tell me what it was I did that deserved this treatment?

They’ve stopped changing it to resolved but not actually replied

i have the same problem, 7 days without replied

they never seem to reply, ive emailed at least 4 times asking why i was banned and nothing or they just mark it as resolved 😭

Same; I sent a message in the ticket every time I got changed to resolved which seems to have stopped it but they still haven’t replied yet
