How can someone who is 53 years old be banned for being a minor?

Yesterday, in a phrasedrop on a crypto server, someone wrote the phrase "I'm twelve years old", and several people repeated the phrase to win the tokens, obviously, what we didn't know is that a bot called Sapphire would get us ban based on what was written in the chat.
I have already sent some tickets to support, some were even closed in seconds, but I reopened them. I've already sent a selfie with my ID and apparently Discord doesn't even care.
I have investments and participate in important communities and I am outraged by this situation. I hope this misunderstanding is resolved soon.
