Just below suspended for just making a simp joke to everyone and it clearly being a joke

I made a joke about being a simp, saying that no one should worry about me simping for them, and that if anyone wanted to date me, they’d have to talk to my gfs first. It was all in good fun, and not meant to be taken seriously. However, my permissions were almost entirely removed because of it, which seems like an overreaction. I’m also frustrated because no one will respond until tomorrow, and I would appreciate if this could be addressed sooner.
