Discord not sending SMS to phone.

Over 2.5 weeks ago i got signed out off my account randomly and it said me to verify with email or via phone, i dont have access to my email so i choosed phone verify but discord aint sending me SMS to my phone number that associated through my account cause its only saying for me to type your phone number in account and after i tried this dozens of times discord not sending sms to me, i open tickets and in first they responded with call your phone provider service, i did and there was no problem of me receiving another SMS from another platforms but only discord, i cant access my account from 2018 now, no agent is replying to my tickets.
