Discord Banning Accounts Falsely
This will most certainly fall on deaf ears, as for two weeks my account (made in 2016) was banned for being under the age of 13. Which would mean the account was created when I was 5…
They ban users via an automated message detecting system which is good! However they don’t monitor the system whatsoever, they turned it on and then everyone went home. There is no way to contact any staff, emails get answered with a generic support message that ultimately gets ignored after your first reply.
I’ve sent in my photograph proof of age, username, and facial proof to show that I’m the age I say I am. Nothing.
If your gonna false ban me and never talk to me again, you can do me a favor and refund the nitro you stole from me seeing as I was banned 2 days after activating nitro.

Im having the exact same issue - I jokingly said I was 12 (I'm 16) and their “systems” detected that and disabled my account of like 5-6 years old. Its been over a month and I have provided all ID and photos and everything. Also 6 contacts and no response. Not looking great and super unhappy with their support management.

I made my account 4 years ago so by that logic I was apparently 7 months old
