Profile picture problem

So when I went to change my profile picture, it said (There was a problem updating your profile) so I waited about 7 hours before trying again, it said the same thing, so I went on to my computer and tried and it doesn’t want to work there either. I’ve tried every resource but nothing works. Anyone else having the same issue?
