Incoming call notification on mobile needs to be completely fixed

Discord using system notifications to display incoming calls should be fixed. it should instead use the “appear on top of other apps” thing so that the notification does not disappear after a certain amount of time (which is usually pretty short). and if the other person cancels the call, the notification does not disappear in the notifications drawer. (see Image 2) it would also be great if the incoming call message showed even when the screen is turned off. it should wake the phone and show a full-screen incoming call message making accepting discord calls possible without unlocking. kinda like a regular phone call. 

Another problem that it has, is that the notification sound seems to play for a preprogrammed period, which means if the other person cancels the call, the notification sound and vibration will not stop playing. also, for whatever reason, the sound for discord calls on my phone is just the default notification sound played on repeat even though the incoming calls notification sound in system settings is set to app provided sound. (in some cases, not even on repeat, it just plays once. )

There's a messaging app that most Japanese and Taiwanese people use instead of texting and calling with phone numbers, and it's called LINE. it does all these things right, and that could be the reason why I think discord should be like this. it simply makes more sense for me, and possibly for most Taiwanese/Japanese people. 

TL;DR: Discord please completely change how incoming calls work on mobile.
