Imagine being a company 322$million worth and can't answer users tickets

I sent first ticket more than a month ago, then second after 3 days of not answering, and 3rd 2 weeks ago. I had not got an answer for any of that tickets from a human, only from stupid (actualy) bot. My account was blocked for no reason at all and I can't use discord for a MONTH already
