Unnecessary "title bar" in browser version

The most recent UI update has added the server title, the inbox button, and the help button to the title bar in the client, in addition to the usual close, minimize, and maximize buttons. However, the same has been added to the browser version, making it more cluttered and taking up additional vertical space, which is already more limited than the client given that the browser has its own title bar and address bar. 

Given that the server title is already displayed above the channel list and the inbox and help buttons had a sensible place next to the search bar, the browser version should not display the “title bar”.
