Empty names and avatars

i have recently seen a high surge of users with empty names and avatars joining a big discord im moderating, its nearly impossible to tag them and see who is who... i would like it wasnt possible to have an empty name and avatar like this at all in discord

  I have these 2 rules in our Nickname Policy:
  - There should at least be one letter in your name (No blank or "invisible" names)
  - Nicknames should start with a letter (foreign letters from non Latin alphabets are acceptable)
  
  

  And we enforce those rules with a custom bot. If encountered with members who are breaking those rules, our bot 1st removes all non letter characters from the beginning of the name, until it finds a letter, and if there is none, it gives them a random name

  I need help! (it's on the phone) when I create or log into an account and I have the same account with the nickname EMPTY_NAME # 0000 and it's just empty. I did my best. And once it did not work, there is nothing that cannot be done on this EMPTY_NAME. help me please!
