Read thing for dms

This is just for DMS but I think it would be a good idea to add a "read time" for dms because some people want you guys to add it in. It could be useful for some purposes like when you're assigned to some works in games, they should know if you read it or not. It's useful ;))

  I think you mean Read Receipts?
  
  There's the downside of not always wishing somebody to know that you've read their messages right away (like if you've had a falling out with them, but aren't on Block terms yet).
