Allow custom buttons in Rich Presence

Right now you can have "Spectate" and "Ask to Join" buttons in your rich presence. I'd like to push integration 1 step further and allow custom buttons to be added by developers. This could allow game devs to further add functionality through discord and allow players to interact with their friends game while they're playing.

    I totally agree on it, and the RPC missed a "Join Discord" too, so when an editor use discord he can put it on.
