Idea: emojis with short sound when moused over in their respective servers, with much limitations

Sounds like much could go wrong with this in theory but if it were something you have to opt in to, that is turned off by default, and you have to enable it manually on servers you trust, with a limit to how short the sound is, then this could work. What do you think? there could be a small limit to how many of these special emojis would be allowed per server to save space, and the sound would not work when cross-posted between servers using discord nitro. Imagine finally being able to have a tim allen grunt to go with your emoji you posted.
