Allow certain roles to be displayed below the offline category

The general purpose of this feature would be to allow certain roles (e.g. the bot role) to be displayed below the "Offline" category of members in the server. Because bots are almost always online, they always show up above the offline members that I, as a server admin, would want to be shown at a higher priority than bots. All I want is an option, similar to the current role setting that is called "Display role members separately from online members", that would be something like "Display role members below/at a lower priority to offline members."

  It looks like this was suggested multiple times before but "disappeared" from the system, though Google still shows several results for this.

   

  Is there a technical reason why this is not implemented?
