Better contrast on the guidelines and terms of service page
I was reading through the guidelines and terms of service and noticed that I had to squint my eyes a few times, and that it took me a bit longer than usual to read the text. I don't have any visual impairments, and I can only imagine how people with visual impairments see (or don't see) it.
These pages are especially important since every user of the service have to follow them, so it should be accessible to every user. I know, screen readers can be used, but that seems like a huge hassle for something that should be very simple.
Moreover, Google Chrome's audits show that the accessibility is low on these pages (68 score out of 100) and one of the reasons is the insufficient contrast ratio between the background and foreground colors.
This one, small fix would score you higher in the audits and make it much easier for all users to read.

Chiming in to note that a dark theme is *not* inherently higher contrast or more accessible than a light one. Some people have eye strain issues with light themes, while some have astigmatism issues with dark themes. A choice of theme on every page would be better. That said, it is not hard to use a color contrast checker online, from experience, to *at least* match WCAG standards. https://contrast-ratio.com/ is a good one.
