[Request] Force caching mentioned users on loaded messages.

It would be awesome to have tagged user id resolved(cached) and shown properly (as intended)
within an Embed.

Instead of it showing an <@ID-HERE> as mentioned user (also unclickable)

Or refresh that message when the caching is done.

Would be an awesome tweak for client-end users that can't quite cache quickly.

    Yes! Sometimes the point of mentioning a user is so you can click them to inspect their profile, as in many cases with moderation for instance. When the mention displays as just an ID, it is not clickable, and if your user has no messages or mentions, it can become difficult to access them. It's worth noting I've seen this mostly happening with bots/embed messages.

    I can understand if this were to happen if the user has left the server, but if they are still a member, couldn't we hot load them/cache them when the message is being posted?
