Put an optional "Notes" tab for each role

I moderate a couple of servers and I feel it would be handy to have a note on each role to tell you what it's for and what channels it gives access to. This would make it much easier to keep track of individual roles without having to make alts to test what an under-used role does and make it easier to communicate through server moderation teams which roles do what.

  That would be amazing to have to better clean the mess that big server "roles list" ends up being and even on smaller ones.

  Agreed. Would be useful for similar roles.
