Actual welcome/rules page

So what the vast majority of discord servers have, is a channel at the top thats locked, titled welcome or rules. But since this is something that practically everybody has, can it be something actually added to discord? Like an actual welcome page that isnt a standard text channel with that annoying thing at the top (you all know what thing, this thing, https://i.imgur.com/kYwKUU8.png ) I bet the majority of people who have a rules page would probably love to be able to edit their rules in a way that doesnt require completely reformatting an entire page for one edit or one addition (especially if you're like me and cant stand a lone (edited) mark in the middle of my welcome or rules page) This would also prevent having to completely redo it as well if the person who posted it is no longer around to make edits. It would be a permission to edit the "Front Page" or whatever you want to call it, so then anybody can edit it without relying on the one person who wrote it in the first place to be there to edit it when need be.
