About working for discord... (I didn't know where to ask about this sorry!)

So I'm currently in education, about to move to college in less than a year, and I was just wondering what it would be like to work for discord. Like would it be mandatory to move to America (no offence but it's kinda scary) or would there be some kind of remote workaround stuffs for certain positions? Just curious at the moment and thinking it could be great to work for discord in the future. :)
