Multiple GIF locations

So all the GIFs right now come from tenor (built in ones anyway). It would be cool if when you searched for a GIF on Discord you would get results from multiple GIF sharing platforms. This would optimise the numbers of results and the likelihood of finding the GIF you want.

  You might also be able to set preferences to how you want results to be displayed. Eg, I only want Giphy gifs. Or I want the most liked gifs at the top (Discord would compare results from all platforms to rank it).

  It'll be able to make it easier and more efficient I think.
