Windows OSK (On Screen Keyboard) for Laptops w/Touch Panels / Tablets / 2-in-1's

There seems to be a breakdown in logic where I can "right click" (hold tap) to paste something in chat, but no keyboard shows up and there's no enter / submit button either. For occasions when the keyboard is not attached to a 2-in-1 or tablet, it would make sense to pop open a keyboard, right?

  I have the opposite issue, where the keyboard summons every time I navigate to literally anywhere, even though I haven't touched any text input.
