Press button to play sound

Hey guys!
So I'm looking for something where I press a button (Like CTRL) and it makes a sound play (Like crab rave :P) and everyone in the call can hear it.
Does that exist?

  You can set that up with a sound board and VC-Cable driver!

  Wouldn't be so good as you could easily earrape people lol.
