Channel Topic Pop-up
An option to make members new to a channel read a pop-up of the channel's topic before they can write messages in said channel. This would help make sure that members have read the channel topic and can't claim ignorance of it, in the case of derailing conversation in a channel to being off-topic.

It would also be nice to be able to either reset this so that everyone must click past it again or force it enabled every time the user clicks on the channel, until you disable it. This is because we're getting a lot of the same questions over and over in some channels after game updates. Yes, mods are broken. Yes, you have to wait for an update. People just don't read discussion that just happened.
