Connect text in Group chats

I would love if there would be an option to connect messages, cause it causes much confusion if someone text between a conversation. Example:

Lisa(green name): How are you?

                        : im feeling not very good.

Max(blue name): Oh very good!

Then Max could just connect his message with the first question from Lisa. But not like this shitty full text copy thing, would be nice if max just could connect it and there would be a blue line from "how are you" to "oh very good!". like i would draw a line so my chatpartner suddently would understand the context.
