CPU Load at 18 % (taskmanager)

my cpu load is at 18% and i dont know why

and they keyinput is very slow (typing) its kinda lagging

i turned off hardware-boost (always)

please look up my client and fix it, cant stand it

its hard to find all system files from discord to delete it once and fresh install it

cpu load is not very far as i can see 20-30% (in general)

i dont know i have load up 4 mpc streams up with 2 chrome profiles with a few of tabs, so it should be okay @ a rx460
