Add duration options for server and channel mutes

Facebook Messenger has a convenient feature where you can mute a conversation for a certain amount of time. I'd like the same one to be available for Discord, to be used (for example) when you're busy and can't participate as usual on a server you otherwise moderate, or when you simply don't care about the current conversation, etc.
