Video/Media playback docking

Problem: While viewing a YouTube or other video playback in chat, the user has to scroll up and stay statically locked to the video position in the chat list and forgo any further conversation viewing unless you scroll back down to the current comments, or open the video in your web browser.

Solution: Have Discord App detect the video playing and dock the video frame in a portion of the chat window's upper right corner, allowing you to continue view and engage chats when a video is playing.
