Allowing mention '@here' connected with a role

For example, I have a "Red" role. I give it to moderators. The moderators will get pinged for every case. I would like to ping only the online Moderators, the online users with role "Red" and don't disturb the busy ones. Maybe it can be @here-role_name?? Or anyhow, in the setting an option for that, check below.

  If you need a workaround for this, create a role-restricted channel for your moderators and just use @here. It works well enough for the time being.

  I came here to suggest exactly the same, I would consider this incredible usefull if you could only ping people from a role which are online at that time!
