Muting should stop bandwidth usage for that muted person/bot

I know I'm in a low % of users, but am on a very expensive internet connection and also have to pay for my usage. 

 

This being said, when I mute a music bot for the purpose of not using bandwitdh, the bot's bandwidth should be stopped. Instead, discord client keeps downloading the data while only muting the sound.

 

Exemple: No one is talking and we have a music bot. Monitoring discord's bandwidth usage = 20KB/s (160Kbit). I then mute the bot and bandwidth usage stays the same.

  Yea, when I am trying to download something and want to talk in discord at the same time, every kb matters and this would help a lot

  This should be looked at, it is a feature that would improve the userbase's lower spec'ed computers and connections.
