Nitro Account Tools for Support Team
As a Nitro user I was unable to get my custom account number #0001 because I cancelled Nitro. When I signed back up it was marked as ‘in use’ only a week later. I asked Customer Service and they were not allowed to view the email address associated with my former account and could only say it was ‘taken’. Allow your staff to have a tool to input a subscribers unique identifier or allow a ‘blind’ email field check.
Good thing is, that after Customer service looked at the availability of the #0001 account, it became available. Give your staff the tools and information to make customer service easier and more rewarding for them.
