EU Voting Notification

In the United States, Discord told people to register to vote with a special banner. I think this was a great way to get people to vote so, why not do the same for the EU elections? European elections are held between May 23rd and 26th so this is probably something to do quickly. Details of the elections can be found here.

  I actually hate this and wish they'd stop it. Devs are clearly shoving their opinion down the user's throats. There's known fraud in California mail-in voting, as in documented fraud, yet Discord devs are spouting that nonsense in the chat client. I'll vote as I choose to vote. At this rate I'll move back to Skype, and I really don't want to do that.
