Give us the ability to manage both the custom and animated emotes limit cap/slots

Would be nice if we can manage the amount of emotes we can use per server. Rather than requesting increasing the limit cap for custom emotes (which be also very kind of you if you do, like 55-60 instead of 50), I would like to propose if we can have the ability to reduce slots from ones so they are available for the other ones.

Example: I have 50 custom emotes added in a server I created (okay great, limit reached). And only 20 animated emotes in the same server. So I have 30 free slots on the animated ones, that I could hypothetically use to add spaces for more custom emotes.

Something like an option to remove slots for animated ones and turn them into slots for custom emotes ones. So in the example, I would select this option and turn this 30 animated emotes free slots into 30 slots for custom emotes, so I now would have 80 slots for custom emotes.

This can also work the other way around and turn custom slot ones into animated ones.

And if you think it would be too much to add so many spaces to either of them, you can put a limit on it. For example limit the slot conversion to 10 convertible slots for both custom and animated emotes.
