Usually, services offers "VIP Support" for whoever bought their premium membership. I believe this feature would increase Nitro subs.

  That would be insanely chaotic and take away resources from people who need it. Just because you have nitro doesn’t mean your support issue is more urgent than anyone else’s.

  I agree with ℍ𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕠 𝕋𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕖, the support system is already pretty slow and "VIP support" would just cause further delays for possibly more urgent matters.
