(Activity menu) Star certain News & updates (mark as important)

Seeing latest news for the games you play is great, but there are some games you find a lot less relevant than others, or some games simply get too much exposure than others.

In my case i'd like to see whenever a new CS:GO update hits, and to be able to "Star" CS:GO under the activity tab would make me see those kind of news first, and they will have a longer lifetime in the top of the board.

This feature could obviously be playtime based, but that leaves out new problems. An early access named Raft, i really like, but don't play too often because i want more content released. So my playtime in the game is not so well, and it could not be based on my recent activity either. Hence why the star icon would come in fancy, because that lets you manually set and remove the most important news for you.
