Giving the ability to freely and permanently turn off any and all Discord notifications...

So, I've had to update Discord recently, and my notification settings turned back on even though I previously turned them off already. So, what I'd like at least done is giving us the ability to turn it off permanently. Even when we update Discord, it stays off. Reguardless of some stupid reset for the account. That should be that way so that I won't have to hear stuff while playing games or listening to music. It's really gotten annoying...
