Add select server region for dm on mobile applications

For fix connection error on mobile devices

this feature is required for fixing not able to deliver user voice to other users in discord private dm on mobile applications.

when i call my friend through private dm, sometimes they are not hear me. i just said a lot of times myself. then i use my phone to call him to try change the server region in desktop application, because i'm outside. so i cannot change the server.

after that, they can hear me after the change server region. and him says "i did not hear anything from you until i try to change the server region"

maybe, discord server is overload for saving dedicated server fee or something?

i hope they use this money for improve their servers. not the Nitro games.. we don't play that games on the
