FPS and temperature monitor

It would be amazing to have an option to turn on and off a monitor for your temperatures in discord, I hate running more programs than is needed and discord is always needed so would be perfect to have something like this integrated inside.

It doesn't need to be to fancy just a simple read and options to toggle on and off like MSI's one or CAM
