Website Hover Preview

When you hover over a link in chat for about some time (let's say, 3 seconds), it will automatically load the page and show the webpage beside your cursor. So instead of clicking links and seeing them, and then close it, the hover preview feature may come in handy. People who tends to hover over links so much, they can turn these settings on/off in User Settings.
