Server Folder issues

I'm noticing some issues with Server Folders, and I have some suggestions to improve upon the feature.

The first is that rearranging servers and folders is now quite buggy. The mouse placement required to do so was already fairly finicky, and now it's taken to the extreme. I had to move a server in several small jumps rather than just dragging it because it simply wouldn't move. Furthermore, I've actually had servers seemingly swap places while trying to rearrange them (e.g. I dragged my 4th server down to around the 12th slot, but on the way somehow my 10th or so moved up to where my 4th was.) This could be remedied by making the mouse controls more responsive, but it would also be very nice if we could use keyboard controls (Say, control+alt+up/down) to move a server up or down in the hierarchy. 

Secondly, I tend to use the Control+Number hotkeys to navigate between servers, and server folders messes with this due to it changing the order, so for example I am in many servers related to one game, and I would like to have them all in one folder - however previously I only had the main one at the top of my list, and making the folder there treats it as having ALL of them above my next most used servers. This makes things frustrating for anyone who likes to use keyboard shortcuts. My suggestion for this is to have the option for the Control+Number hotkey to open the folder rather than select a server.

I would maybe take some notes from the BD Plugin "Server Folders". It does things pretty well although having automatic integration would be really nice for the mobile app.
