Report a user

Add a feature where when you block someone, it could come up with "Report this user" too so if you want to actually report someone you don't have to write an email. Like the feature where you can report a message but for reporting users in DMs. Or when you right click, it would say report a user and block.

    You can make your report notification from the https://dis.gd/report section, they cannot provide instant support from here.
