Can't scroll when activity card is on

Hi, when activities card is showing, the trigger of the scroll isn't reachable

  I can right click a name to add a note or write message but if I only move my mouse over a name the overlay comes in, which makes left clicking a name to show roles/notes/message box useless imo. I really would like an option to disable the overlay at all, I can check members' status on the member list on the right and I don't like that it pops everytime I happen to move a mouse over a name, imo it's way too big and just annoying/unnecesarry (unlike full server's name pop) anger triggers enabled.
