The support team is horrendous.
The support team never seems to read what you have to say and just copy and pasted the same thing over and over again. My first time with the support team was when I was trying to appeal a ban taken on my old account. I told Discord that I didn’t do it and was probably falsely reported. They then responded with a generic copy and paste statement saying the actions taken on my account will not be appealed because they found I had in fact violated a rule. I then tried to ask what I did to break the rules in which they responded with another copy and paste statement, which did not answer my question in the slightest. So now not only is my account banned for no reason, but I don’t even know what triggered it. My next encounter was with a general question about the terms of service. I was confused about a rule and was unsure if game mods (like for SM64 or something) were allowed or not and even said in the request that I had read the terms of service and was confused, yet they responded with a copy and paste statement telling me to read the terms of service. Is all of the support just bots or does the support team not care about anyone at all? Will they ever make support actually pleasant to deal with instead of it being like talking to a brick wall?
