My account was falsely terminated, but I sent too many emails because I didn’t understand the appeal and now I get no responses.

Basically, I joked around about being 11 to a friend and my account was terminated the next day. I have proof that I’m of age to use discord, but they wouldn’t accept it. So, I thought I couldn’t do anything until one of the support employees told me that I could use a school ID, and birth certificate instead of a photo ID with my birth date on it (I do not own one.) After that, I took his advice and used my school ID and birth certificate, plus everything else they asked for l, but now I get no responses. I think I sent too many emails, but to solve this, I can send you all of my information that you need to prove I’m of age to use this wonderful app and that will just make things easier. Contacting the support team through the submit request app is just getting too hard, since they won’t respond. Please help me out, I’ll send any video / picture / certificate you need to prove I’m of age. I need my account 😔.
