Channels: Alternative Text

One of the servers I'm moderating is trying to incorporate as much as we can to make it more accessible for users, and I've come to realise that some servers like to make their channels more aesthetically pleasing (using Unicode characters) which can mess up things like Voiceover and Talkback. Is it possible to add alternative text for servers so we can easily notate which channels are which?

This should also disable the inputs of any emotes and characters who don't belong to any language used to make it more accessible for non-English users as well. This would be Unicode Characters like ♪, ¤, ¬, ®, etcetera. This would NOT be Unicode Characters like Æ, は, ß, Ð, etcetera.
