Pop-up Feature

This feature will make the "Discord home button" a pop-out button. Press it to open a pop-up on the left side of the screen that includes the channels of the guild you're in and the guilds (similar to how the pop-up works on mobile devices.) To sum it up it adds that feature to computers to feel similar to mobile, plus more space on the screen for messages and other stuff.
(also this should be optional in the settings if some users don't like it)
