Discord UI Too Big on WIndows Multiple Monitors

On Windows Discord when using multiple monitors, if you maximize discord it bleeds over to the unoccupied monitor by a few pixels.

Discord should ONLY occupy the screen space of the minor it is maximized within.

While this seems minor it has the following issues:

- On some full screen games there is a performance loss due to window layering if Discord is in front due to the clipping from both windows rendering atop each other.

- Full screen games/apps can be behind this window which can cause clicking to activate discord instead.
