webchat for customer support .
a webchat would be REALLY useful for customer service ,splitting the weight between tickets and webchat , even tho it'll have so much load on webchat at the beginning but it'll calm down since there will be specific cases taken while the rest is going for tickets , consider it a filter system 😉
it's basically a matter of priorities for the cases to assign between the teams . like the webchat would be the front line , take the cases , if it's really severe , then forward to the higher ones who are actually specialized .
i can put more management details into this but i'm sure the management will get it done better than me , i'm just a former customer support in few companies xD
