Screen Sharing a Window requires Window to be "Focused"

When using Discord's Screen Sharing feature and sharing a specific application window, the screen share behavior goes black if the user screen-sharing does not have the window as the "active" application.

I found a similar comment under "Text Chat", specifically the follow up comment by "thenewmystery"

I could see how maybe this was done for privacy considerations, but my friends and I have found it to be a pain, given that we tend to only share the game window(s).

Perhaps making this an option when screen sharing would be a good middle ground?

  Update: this does not appear to affect Hearthstone, Apex, Google Chrome, or Firefox.
  
  However, for Chrome and Firefox minimizing the application pauses the stream.

  I'm having this same issue with Google Chrome on Windows 11.
